Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will be an ambassador of brand standards, aiming to maximize profits while ensuring guest satisfaction and high product quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation required.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Serve as ambassador of Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profits.
• Resolve guest interactions and optimize profits while ensuring product quality and cleanliness.
• May work in other hourly roles as needed and be scheduled based on restaurant needs.
