MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. in Glen Mills is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations, train new hires, and ensure guest experiences meet MOD’s standards.

You will manage squad deployment, provide feedback, and guide the team in implementing programs while maintaining safety and quality. Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Must have demonstrated success as a mentor, trainer or informal leader.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow and enforce processes and standards; coach with empathy.
• Ability to stay calm in high volume periods.
• Food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days where required by law.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Able to work a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to ensure the restaurant is welcoming, clean, organized and meets MOD standards.
• Deploy the right squad member to the right tasks and adjust daily operations.
• Train newly hired/promoted staff and support new program rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment, including online ordering and catering.
• Ensure food safety through MOD tools and standards in Back and Front of House.
• Address squad member and guest concerns and escalate as needed.
• Manage cash within the shift and handle refunds.
• Take inventory and place orders as directed by the GM.
• Follow shift checklists and use tools to complete tasks timely.
• Stay updated on information from internal sources to keep the squad effective.
