Responsibilities

• Promote a respectful, coaching-focused team environment and recognize achievements.
• Assist in recruitment, selection, and training of Crew Members and Shift Leaders as directed.
• Develop team through cross-training, deployment, and delegation of tasks.
• Keep the team accountable for behavior and performance; address concerns promptly.
• Prioritize guest experience and model exceptional service standards.
• Ensure Brand standards, systems, and marketing initiatives are executed.
• Help manage labor and food costs and cash handling.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to assess operations and implement improvement plans.
• Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies.
