Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Lead Shift Leader to support the General Manager in building a strong team and delivering great guest experiences. You will help develop Shift Leaders and crew while ensuring profitability through top-line sales and adherence to brand standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and accountability in a fast-paced, franchisee-operated Dunkin' Donuts environment, with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive team environment with coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Assist in recruiting, selecting, and training crew and shift leaders.
• Support development through cross training and delegation.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction and exemplify exceptional service.
• Ensure brand standards and systems are followed.
• Drive sales via execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Manage labor, food costs, and cash controls.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness for team and guests.
• Work with General Manager to assess the restaurant and implement improvement plans.
• Comply with all restaurant and franchisee policies.
