Qualifications

• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest-focused with ability to exceed guests' expectations.
• Problem solving and decision making in a fast-paced environment.
• Building effective teams and coordinating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach crew during each shift to meet standards and deliver a great guest experience.
• Assign tasks, communicate responsibilities, and provide timely feedback.
• Ensure guests are served efficiently and courteously throughout the shift.
• Monitor labor costs, food costs, and safety procedures during the shift.
• Support training and development of Crew Members as directed by management.
• Communicate goals and accountability to team members during shifts.
• Ensure brand standards and franchisee policies are followed on shift.
• Report equipment issues and discuss improvement opportunities with the General Manager.
