Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards. You take ownership to solve problems, guide team members, and ensure safe, friendly service and quality food.

You will help ensure a safe, welcoming environment for both Team Members and customers, coach peers, and follow cash, security, inventory and labor policies with integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Shift Lead responsibilities include supporting the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards.
• Takes ownership to solve problems, seeks help when needed, and guides Team Members.
• Ensures Team Members complete duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Maintains a safe workplace for Team Members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
