Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts franchisee is seeking a Lead Shift Leader to support the General Manager in building a high-performing team and delivering great guest experiences. You will help develop Shift Leaders and crew, ensuring brand standards and exceptional service on every shift.

In this role, you will assist in promoting a positive, fast-paced work environment, manage operations to meet sales targets, and mentor staff to uphold quality and safety standards across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Guest-focused with a passion for service.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to build effective teams and delegate responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote a team environment by fostering respect, providing coaching and feedback, recognizing achievements, resolving employee concerns and communicating effectively.
• Assist in recruitment, selection, and training of crew members and shift leaders as directed by the General Manager.
• Support development of team members through cross training, deployment, and delegation of responsibilities.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction and model exceptional guest service.
• Ensure brand standards and systems are executed across shifts.
• Drive sales through consistent execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Delegate and lead processes to manage labor and food costs, and cash handling.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness through proactive maintenance and procedures.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to assess performance and implement improvement plans.
