Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant IT experience, including hands-on ServiceNow development or architectural work.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM is preferred.
• Experience leading technically complex implementations and teams.
• Ability to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.
