Job summary

Publix Super Markets is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Software Engineer to independently drive ServiceNow implementations, integrations, CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM from requirements through design, development, and production support. You will partner with architects, analysts, product owners, QA, security, and stakeholders in a hands‑on leadership role.

The role requires 7+ years in ServiceNow architecture and enterprise delivery, with strong Agile, SDLC, and release management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering or enterprise application delivery experience.
• 7+ years designing/implementing ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/CMDB solutions and integrations.
• 7+ years ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting, workflows, REST/SOAP integrations.
• 5+ years leading ServiceNow teams with ownership and mentoring.
• Strong engagement with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Proven Agile/Scrum, SDLC, release management, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, architecture, development, and support of complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions for platform improvements and automation.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, design decisions, development, code reviews, and governance.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers across the SDLC and delivery execution.
• Act as a ServiceNow SME for platform support, upgrades, stability, and on-call rotations.
