Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, governance, and long-term evolution of our ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications. The role requires enterprise-scale experience, strong collaboration with engineering, business stakeholders, and executives to shape multi-year roadmaps and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
12+ years of ServiceNow experience with architecture/leadership focus.
Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps).
Experience with CMDB, discovery, service mapping, and integrations (REST/SOAP).

Responsibilities

Define ServiceNow platform architecture spanning ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom apps.
Lead architecture reviews, design approvals, and governance for changes across modules.
Establish data model standards, CMDB design, and integration patterns.
Drive platform upgrades, release planning, and health initiatives for stability.
Mentor developers, admins, and tech leads on best practices.
