Qualifications

• Experience developing on ServiceNow (or similar enterprise platforms).
• Strong object‑oriented design and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs; ServiceNow GlideAPIs is a bonus.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, web technologies, and workflow automation; XML/JSON data exchange.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes.
• Analytical problem‑solving skills with clear communication and collaboration.
• Customer‑focused mindset and dependable delivery in operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and user experiences.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with measurable impact.
• Build workflows, business rules, and automations that improve efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrations; build and consume APIs for end‑to‑end needs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release readiness for quality delivery.
• Troubleshoot platform and integration issues; identify root causes and fixes.
• Contribute to Agile delivery and modern engineering practices, including CI/CD.
• Recommend enhancements to improve performance and user experience.
• Shape reusable engineering patterns and modernization across the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with architects, security, product, and engineering teams.
