Qualifications

• ServiceNow reporting/analytics, automation, workflows, and integrations expertise.
• Strong development skills with Java and/or Python/JavaScript, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to apply Now Assist, AI Agents, MCP, workflow automation to improve support and operational processes.
• Observability and operational engineering using monitoring/telemetry to improve UX and diagnostics.
• Strong analytical and cross-platform engineering ability and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end user experience improvements across apps and services.
• Build reusable capabilities to improve Run efficiency and diagnostics.
• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions including reporting, analytics, workflows, integrations, and dashboards.
• Develop and enhance solutions using Now Assist, Virtual Agent, ServiceNow AI Agents, MCP servers, and other AI capabilities.
• Integrate ServiceNow with Salesforce, observability platforms, enterprise apps, cloud services, and on-premises technologies.
• Develop APIs, scripts, automation, and software components for enterprise-scale solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across applications, integrations, infrastructure, networks, and client environments.
• Take assigned engineering work from design through implementation, documentation, and production support.
• Apply DevOps, observability, reliability, and software engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product teams, platform teams, infrastructure teams, and business partners.
