Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a designated shift at a client site.

The role acts as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved guidelines. This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $26.78 per hour, requiring strong communication and crisis-management skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; must deal with all levels professionally.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
