Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. The role acts as a liaison between site supervisor and management, supervising staff, coaching, recognizing performance, and applying discipline within approved guidelines.

The position offers pay at $22.00 per hour with paid weekly wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Must prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Driving positions require valid license and clean driving record.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift.
• Coordinate the delivery of quality services for the shift.
• Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Prepare and maintain written reports/logs.
