Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager in Indianapolis to lead daily security operations, guide security officers and supervisors, and ensure high standards of service for clients and their facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required.
• Proven experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team with client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tech to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and maintain high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory (uniforms, equipment).
