Job summary

Qualus Corporation is seeking a Scheduler in our Program Management group in Baton Rouge, LA. You will develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded schedules using inputs from Engineering, PMs, and Operations, and deliver updates and reports to leadership.

You will gather data from Maximo/Procore/ERP systems, monitor productivity trends, and ensure on-time project delivery through rigorous schedule control and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years scheduling experience for large programs/projects.
• PMP or CAPM preferred.
• Rotating equipment experience.
• Experience with cross-functional coordination and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cost and resource loaded program schedules with input from Engineering, PMs, and Operations.
• Review change logs with Project Managers weekly.
• Update schedules and communicate data clearly to Management.
• Assemble schedules at project turnover and support portfolio tracking.
• Maintain project/activity coding for reporting purposes.
• Communicate trends and data to Project/Operations Management.
