Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or BA or equivalent years' experience.
• PMP or CAPM preferred.
• Rotating equipment experience.
• Large capital project experience.
• 7+ years scheduling experience building and maintaining schedules for large programs.
• Experience working independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interface with teams.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, SAP, Maximo, Word & Excel; clear written communications.
• Experience writing concise project communications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cost and resource loaded programmatic schedules.
• Gather project progress from Project Managers and Supervisors weekly.
• Review change logs with Project Managers weekly.
• Update schedules with Management weekly and interpret data clearly.
• Create detailed schedules upon project award/turnover.
• Support scorecard, KPI, and portfolio tracking with data.
• Maintain coding for reporting purposes.
• Communicate data and trends to Project/Operations Management.
• Assist in compiling scope change requests.
• Follow PMO schedule development processes and SWIs.
