Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Scheduler in the Program Management department to develop and update detailed schedules with input from Engineering, PMs, and Operations. You will coordinate field data, gather information from Maximo/Procore/ERP, assemble reports, and analyze trends to forecast productivity. Strong time management and deadlines are essential.

Minimum seven years in scheduling for large programs, with proficiency in Primavera P6, SAP, and Maximo. PMP/CAPM preferred; BS/BA required.

Qualifications

• BS or BA (or equivalent years similar experience).
• PMP or CAPM (Preferred).
• Rotating equipment experience.
• Large capital project experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ scheduling experience on large programs and projects.
• Experience working both independently and in a team environment.
• Flexibility to accommodate shifting priorities due to demands and timeline changes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills to interface effectively.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, SAP, Maximo, Microsoft Word & Excel; create clearly written communications.
• Experience writing detailed and concise communications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cost and resource loaded programmatic schedules and gather weekly progress data.
• Review change logs with Project Managers weekly.
• Update schedules with management and interpret data clearly.
• Create detailed schedules immediately upon project award/turnover.
• Prepare data for scorecards, KPIs, and portfolio tracking.
• Maintain project/activity coding for reporting.
• Communicate data and trends to Project/Operations Management clearly and timely.
• Assist in compiling scope change requests.
• Follow PMO schedule development processes and Standard Work Instructions.
