Job summary

Qualus Corporation is seeking a Lead Project Controls Specialist in the Program Management department to strengthen scheduling integration across project teams, with a focus on System Protection and large capital projects.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of scheduling experience, proficiency in MS Project or Primavera, Excel, and the ability to influence stakeholders, build dashboards, and deliver timely, accurate status communications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of scheduling and work planning experience.
• Large capital project experience.
• Rotating equipment/facility experience.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera for scheduling and resource management; Excel proficiency.
• Degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform project support and work planning scheduling services for the System and Protection Department.
• Provides management and oversight to current project controls staff.
• Develops reports communicating the System Protection department’s work plan near, mid, and long-term internally and externally.
• Maintains department’s work plan and integrates data sources from other departments.
• Creates dashboards and program reports for the department manager.
• Communicates status with project managers, stakeholders and management.
• Builds schedule templates for System Protection use and coordinates data inputs.
