Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Senior Scheduler to power our Program Management team on electric utility transmission, distribution and substation projects. You will develop, coordinate and maintain detailed schedules in Primavera P6 for multiple projects and programs, collaborating with engineering, licensing, procurement and construction teams.

You will analyze schedule data, produce reports, monitor critical paths and KPI trends, and support cost and schedule forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Construction with 8+ years of related experience.
• Electric Utility industry experience is preferred.
• 8+ years in Project Management Scheduling concepts (CPM, Earned Value, Baseline analysis) and scheduling practices.
• Primavera P6 expertise and strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong understanding of project progression and schedule integration with cost data.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and maintain detailed project schedules for projects and programs in Primavera P6.
• Facilitate schedule development with engineering, permitting, procurement and construction teams.
• Analyze schedule data and provide corrective actions to meet in-service dates.
• Prepare detailed schedule reports: baseline vs actual, look-ahead, milestones, what-if scenarios.
• Maintain financial schedule estimates, budgets and resource data in Primavera P6.
• Produce status dashboards and KPI metrics (CPI, SPI) for schedules and cost.
• Support PM team with schedule monitoring, variance forecasting and milestone planning.
