Job summary

Garver in Baton Rouge is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to develop, review, and maintain critical path project schedules across multiple programs. The role requires deep experience in project controls and guiding large scheduling efforts.

You will mentor junior schedulers, lead baseline schedules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliant reporting. Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Projects, and EPPM is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience with project scheduling.
• Expert user of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; proficient in EPPM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of project controls scheduling and reporting.
• Set up and review project controls status (cost, WBS, schedule, resources).
• Lead scheduling efforts on large or multiple projects.
• Mentor Schedulers/Junior Schedulers.
• Develop baseline schedules and monitor maintenance.
