Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Scheduler in its Program Management department to develop and update detailed project schedules with input from Engineering, PMs, and Operations. You will coordinate data from field personnel and internal systems to forecast productivity and timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.

The role requires seven years of scheduling experience on large programs, proficiency in Primavera P6, SAP, and Maximo, and strong communication and analytical skills. PMP/CAPM preferred.

Qualifications

• BS or BA or equivalent experience required.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
• Seven years of scheduling experience on large programs and projects.
• Experience with Primavera P6, SAP, and Maximo.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cost and resource loaded programmatic schedules and gather project progress weekly.
• Review change logs with Project Managers weekly.
• Review project schedule and update with Management weekly; interpret data and communicate clearly.
• Build detailed project schedules upon award/turnover.
• Assemble data for scorecards and portfolio tracking.
• Maintain project and activity coding for reporting.
• Communicate data and trends to Project/Operations Management.
• Assist in compiling scope change requests.
• Adhere to PMO and SWIs for schedule processes.
