Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Salesforce Solution Architecture to shape direction across complex Salesforce programs. You will bridge business strategy with data, integration, and AI enablement, guiding governance, adoption, and delivery.

Your leadership will help clients decide when to use AI and automation, balancing value and risk. You will lead teams in multi-cloud architectures, drive pre-sales activities, and coach analysts, developers, and architects to produce high‑quality client-ready

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
4–6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more.
Minimum 3 years of leading analysts, developers, or consultants.
Minimum 2 years of Salesforce solution/architectural experience on enterprise projects.
Experience directing Salesforce development with Apex, LWCs, SOQL, Flow, APIs, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and design sessions with sponsors and teams to define outcomes and value measures.
Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi‑cloud environments.
Define target‑state roadmaps balancing value, adoption, governance, data readiness, and security.
Design AI‑assisted solutions including prompts, grounding, and controls.
Guide use of Salesforce tools (Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud/Data 360) for practical solutions.
Establish standards, governance, and reusable patterns for delivery teams.
