In this high-energy role, you will support the General Manager and Assistant GM to hit center KPIs, handle member requests, and participate in community outreach and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills and high self-motivation.
• Flexible schedule, including at least 1 weekend shift.
• Basic proficiency in CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound sales and lead generation to convert leads into trials and memberships.
