Job summary

KidStrong North Austin is seeking a high-energy Lead Coach / Sales Specialist to partner with GM and AGM to drive center growth and deliver top-tier athletic programming. This hybrid role blends outbound sales with hands-on coaching, working directly with kids to build confidence and physical milestones.

The role requires 2+ years in sales and direct experience with children, with paid training provided. Flexible schedule includes evenings and weekend availability in a vibrant Austin center.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (outbound phone sales, fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred).
• Experience working directly with children (teaching, childcare, youth sports, etc.).
• Coaching experience is a plus; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound sales efforts (40+ calls per shift) to convert leads into trials and memberships.
• Coach 8–10 classes per week, delivering age-appropriate programming.
• Handle customer service, inquiries, and contribute to sales/operational targets.
