Job summary

KidStrong in South Austin is seeking a high-energy Lead Coach / Sales Specialist to support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in growing the center and delivering top-tier athletic programming.

This hybrid role blends outbound sales and lead management with hands-on coaching on the mats and working directly with kids to help them build confidence and physical milestones!

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales experience (fitness/retail/hospitality preferred).
• Direct experience working with children or youth is required.
• Coaching experience is preferred; full paid training provided.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekend mornings.
• Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound sales calls to convert leads into trials and memberships.
• Explain KidStrong mission to prospective parents and vet trial inquiries.
• Manage front-desk sales, inquiries, registrations, and follow-ups.
• Coach 8-10 classes weekly, delivering age-appropriate programming.
• Mentor coaching staff and help exceed KPIs.
