Job summary

South Austin KidStrong is seeking a motivated Lead Sales Specialist to work with the GM and AGM to drive center growth and manage member relations. The role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, front-desk operations, and community outreach to connect families with the KidStrong experience.

You will execute sales efforts, handle inquiries, manage trials, and contribute to achieving KPIs while promoting a positive center culture and ongoing brand awareness in the South Austin area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (outbound phone sales, fitness, or hospitality preferred).
• Excellent communication, organization, and self-motivation are required.
• Flexible schedule with at least 1 weekend shift.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound sales efforts and lead generation (50+ calls per shift).
• Manage front-desk sales operations, inquiries, trials, and follow-ups.
• Support community outreach, events, and local marketing to boost growth.
