Job summary

KidStrong Texas is seeking a motivated Lead Coach / Sales Specialist to support our General Manager in driving center growth and delivering top-tier athletic programming. This hybrid role blends outbound sales with hands-on coaching on the mats, helping children build confidence and milestone progress.

You will manage front-desk sales, lead generation, and coaching duties while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of sales experience (outbound calls, fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred).
Direct experience working with children (teaching, childcare, youth sports, etc.).
Coaching experience preferred but training is provided.
Flexible schedule including evenings (up to 7 PM) and at least one weekend shift.
Proficiency with G-Suite and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

Execute outbound sales efforts to convert inbound leads into trials and active memberships.
Coach 8–10 classes per week, delivering age-appropriate physical programming.
Engage with kids to build confidence, physical abilities, and social skills in an energetic environment.
Handle customer service requests, inquiries, and administrative duties while maintaining high service standards.
Mentor coaching staff and help exceed center sales, operations, and KPI targets.
