Job summary

KidStrong is hiring a Lead Coach / Sales Specialist for our North Austin center. This hybrid role combines outbound sales, lead management, and hands-on coaching with kids to build confidence and athletic milestones.

As part of the team, you will drive trials and memberships, coach 8–10 classes weekly, and support scheduling and member retention, while helping lead the center toward ambitious growth targets in a fun, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (outbound phone sales, fitness, retail, or hospitality).
• Experience working directly with children or childcare is required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound sales to convert leads into trials and memberships.
• Lead coaching classes 8–10 per week and engage with kids.
• Handle customer service requests and support management in achieving targets.
