The role includes opening/closing duties, leading when managers are absent, and driving store profitability through excellent service and asset protection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Six months supervisory experience or related training.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner; total purchase, collect payment and give change.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; build displays; follow planograms.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; assist with sidewalk displays.
• Open/close store under store manager direction; cover in absence of managers.

Education
