Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to support a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operate a cash register, stock and rotate merchandise, and help maintain planograms under the Store Manager's guidance.

As a lead in the absence of the Store Manager, you will train teammates, open and close the store, and perform other duties to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction while

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and cash handling procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases, collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate on shelves, and build merchandise displays.
• Clean the store, take out trash, dust and mop floors, and help set up sidewalk displays.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform duties typically performed by the Store Manager in their absence.
