Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist customers, operate a cash register, stock and display merchandise, and support store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager.

The role emphasizes supervisory capabilities, excellence in customer service, safety, and accurate money handling in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of supervisory experience or related training preferred.
• Ability to read planograms and follow merchandise presentation guides.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform basic math calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases; collect payment and make change.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate on shelves; build displays and maintain cleanliness.
• Open/close the store under direction of Store Manager; perform duties in leadership absence.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
