Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to perform cash handling and operate a cash register.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandising guides.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk frequently and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and finalize customer transactions.
• Receive, stock, restock, and rotate merchandise; build displays.
• Clean the store; manage trash, floors, restrooms, and stockroom.
• Follow planograms and assist in store layout implementation.
• Open and close the store under Store Manager direction; support in absence of leadership.
