Job summary

Integrity Staffing in Indianapolis is seeking a Lead RPO Specialist – Field Team to guide a client-facing recruiting squad at offices and hiring events nationwide. You will manage the candidate experience, ensure compliant processes, and work across in-person, phone, email, and chat channels with a strong emphasis on service quality.

Bi-lingual abilities are a plus; this on-site role requires flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, and to staff events across the country.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in customer service in retail, recruiting or hospitality.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading a team of at least 3 staff members
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
• Heavy focus on following standard work and quality control with all processes
• High-level comfort using online software, webcams and scanners
• Ability to work extended hours and/or Saturday/Sunday to meet business needs
• In person attendance and the ability to work overtime as needed is required. This role cannot be remote

Responsibilities

• Manage the candidate experience during interviews, hiring, or consideration.
• Provide excellent customer service to all applicants.
• Share information regarding client roles, policies, expectations, and requirements.
• Ensure client hiring processes are complete and compliant (interview, drug tests, ID/education info, I-9).
• Verify applicants know assignment details.
• Enter data in client systems with attention to detail in high-volume environment.
• Work across multiple channels (in-person, phone, email, live chat, social) with focus on satisfaction.
• Delight candidates during every service interaction.
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Engage future talent through communities and pipelines.
• Build relationships through open communication.
• Handle complaints with appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Help define goals and strategy for the team.
• Track and approve hours for team members
• Lead by example and inspire your team
• Other duties as needed
