Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a Flexible Staffing Assistant (RPO Specialist) to support hiring events. This is a variable-schedule, on-site role with hours that may be less than 40 per week. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

You will manage candidate experience, provide customer service, and coordinate details with clients during hiring events. Strong communication and comfort with online systems are needed. Extended hours/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service experience (retail/recruiting/hospitality preferred).
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Attention to detail and comfort with online systems.
• Ability to work extended hours/weekends as needed.
• On-site attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the candidate experience (interviewing, hiring, and consideration stages)
• Provide excellent customer service; ensure applicants feel welcomed and informed
• Communicate role details, policies, expectations, and requirements
• Ensure hiring steps are completed per client guidelines (including ID collection and I-9 support as required)
• Ensure applicants understand assignment details before leaving the site
• Perform high-volume data entry accurately in client systems
• Communicate via in-person, phone, email, chat, and other channels as needed
• Other duties as business needs require
