Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in state they are working or covered by compact
• BLS Basic Life Support (preferred)
• Certifications may be required based on unit overseen (see ad)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care on a designated unit in collaboration with the Clinical Manager.
• Provide guidance and oversight for staff in the absence of the unit leader.
• Routinely rounds to assess patient safety, quality, and experience.
• Mentor and support nursing and support staff; foster teamwork and communication.
• Participate in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities.
