Mercy Health in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced RN for ICU Stepdown and PCU at The Jewish Hospital. You will assess patients, coordinate care across Med-Surg and ICU, and lead care plans to improve outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires current RN licensure, 1 year of RN experience, and a preference for BSN. ACLS/BLS certification is expected within six months of hire. Mercy Health offers comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• BLS and/or ACLS certification; ACLS required within 6 months of hire
• 1 year of RN experience required; 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, develop and implement a plan of care, and evaluate effectiveness
• Serve as point of contact for patient care coordination across hospital departments
• Act as a patient safety advocate by participating in quality improvement in the department
• Administer medications safely in accordance with policy and practice standards
• Perform any other duties as assigned
