Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing is required.
• BSN preferred but not required depending on location.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or ACLS preferred at hire; ACLS within 6 months.
• New grad RN considered for appropriate orientation and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status using organizational and leadership skills.
• Serve as liaison between Med-Surg, ICU and PCU teams.
• Develop and execute care plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment and advocate for patient safety.
