We value strong assessment skills, collaboration across departments, and commitment to patient safety. RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and 1 year of RN experience are required or preferred as noted.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in good standing.
• 1 year of RN experience required; 6 months in acute care preferred.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment; create and evaluate care plans.
• Serve as main point of contact for patient care coordination.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Administer medications in accordance with policies and state practice.
