RTX is seeking a Principal Engineer for the Effector RF Team in Tucson, AZ. You will contribute to RF subsystems and sensors, lead small teams, and work with government and program leadership to roadmap technology and modernization.

The role requires a BS in STEM, 8+ years in RF subsystems/sensors, and the ability to obtain interim security clearance. On-site position with relocation options and a competitive salary.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science degree in Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant RF experience across design, integration, and testing.
• Ability to obtain interim U.S. government clearance prior to start.

Responsabilidades

• Specify, design, and test advanced RF sensors and subsystems across frequencies from MHz through millimeter-wave.
• Decompose system-level requirements into detailed RF component requirements.
• Measure RF components/sensors/subsystems in chamber and range environments.
• Perform modeling and analysis of link budgets, RF cascades, EMI, antenna patterns, and ADC characteristics.
