Raytheon in Tucson, AZ seeks a Senior Engineer to contribute to RF subsystems and sensors for missile products. The role is onsite and focuses on design, test, and integration of RF components from MHz through millimeter-wave with collaboration across engineering disciplines.

Requires a BS in STEM and 5+ years of RF experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years). Interim DoD clearance is required; relocation may be available and a robust benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• BS in Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• 5+ years of RF subsystem design/integration/test, or a related advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience interfacing across engineering disciplines to define RF requirements and evaluate performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and integrate RF sensors and subsystems across MHz to millimeter-wave.
• Decompose system requirements into RF component requirements and measure performance.
• Model and analyze link budgets, RF cascades, EMI/EMV, antenna patterns, and ADC characteristics.
