RTX is seeking an experienced Senior Principal RF Mechanical Engineer to lead a section of RF engineers onsite in Tucson, AZ. The role blends hands-on RF mechanical work with people leadership, guiding a team through architecture, design, integration, and qualification of RF hardware.

You will mentor engineers, oversee supplier interactions, and ensure programs meet technical, cost, and schedule objectives while developing a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Qualificações

• Typically requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing and analyzing RF packaging and components across product life cycles.
• Leadership experience guiding teams and programs in RF/mechanical domains.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional leadership for an RF mechanical section of 10–20 engineers.
• Lead design reviews, risk management, and technical investigations.
• Coordinate with systems, manufacturing, and supply chain organizations to deliver RF hardware.
