Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in Cape Coral, FL. You’ll lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach peers, and drive sales in a fast-paced, compliant cannabis retail environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, cash handling, inventory accuracy, and staying current with promotions and SOPs. Must be 21+, with prior POS and leadership experience in retail.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1 year of POS systems and cash handling experience.
• 6 months leadership experience in retail.
• 6 months of retail store operations experience.
• 6 months as a Store Associate with consistent performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a warm, welcoming environment for guests and coach the team.
• Drive consultative selling with personalized product recommendations and expert guidance.
• Manage opening/closing duties, cash reconciliation, and POS profiles.
• Ensure inventory integrity through accurate transactions and order fulfillment.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to drive team performance.
• Support store leadership and adapt to changing business needs.
