Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring a Lead Store Associate at our Sebring, FL location to deliver exceptional customer experiences, lead a frontline team, and uphold store standards.

You will manage opening and closing duties, verify IDs, process transactions, drive sales through consultative selling, and mentor staff while staying compliant with SOPs, safety rules, and state regulations. Flexible availability required.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in retail.
• Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling is required.
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety protocols, and loss prevention practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a warm, welcoming environment and coach your team to deliver exceptional service.
• Empower associates to build customer relationships through personalized product recommendations.
• Drive consultative selling and upselling while ensuring smooth store operations at checkout.
