Job summary

Curaleaf in West Palm Beach is seeking a Lead Store Associate to lead customer experiences and guide a retail team in a fast-paced, compliant store environment. You will be a brand ambassador, drive performance, and help shape a welcoming shopping experience.

Requirements include 21+ with 1 year of retail or sales experience, 6 months of leadership, and comfort with POS systems and cash handling. The position offers full-time hours and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• 1 year of experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• 6 months of hands-on experience in retail store operations, including opening/closing, and cash reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and coach the team to do the same.
• Drive sales through consultative selling and product knowledge.
• Lead opening/closing duties, cash reconciliation, and POS maintenance.
• Verify customer IDs and maintain accurate POS profiles.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and participate in audits and restocking.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing store culture.
• Provide real-time coaching and develop team members.
