The role requires a strong customer focus, retail leadership experience, and hands-on use of POS systems. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is essential for success in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience preferred.
• 6+ months leadership experience in retail.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a welcoming environment and coach the team.
• Empower associates with personalized product recommendations and guidance.
• Drive consultative selling and upselling on the floor.
• Enroll guests in rewards program and capture customer insights.
• Maintain compliant, high-performing store operations and checkout processes.
• Lead opening/closing duties and ensure cash reconciliation.
