Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience.
• At least 1 year of experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• At least 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• At least 6 months of hands-on retail store operations experience (opening/closing, cash reconciliations).
• Store Associate experience with consistent performance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a warm, welcoming environment and coach the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Empower associates to build customer relationships through product recommendations and guidance.
• Drive consultative selling and open-ended questions to educate customers.
• Enroll guests in the rewards program and capture customer insights for future experiences.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism to build trust.
• Maintain a compliant, organized store layout and accurate inventory.
• Verify IDs, manage POS profiles, and ensure inventory integrity.
• Perform opening/closing duties and cash reconciliation.
• Support leadership and train new hires; provide on-the-job coaching.
