Job summary

Curaleaf in Westmont, IL is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our brand, guiding guests through cannabis products and delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will handle transactions at the register, upsell where appropriate, sign guests up for rewards, and help keep the store welcoming, compliant, and well stocked. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
