Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Texas to help run daily operations, coach crew, and deliver the brand’s legendary Southern hospitality. You’ll support the Restaurant General Manager, optimize service flow, and ensure guests leave impressed.

With 3–5 years in restaurant or retail management, you bring hands-on leadership, sharp communication, and a tracker for food quality and costs. This on-site role offers competitive benefits and a team-focused, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus).
• People-first leadership style with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and great food.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from the front counter to the back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence—ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
