Job summary

Popeyes in Texas is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensure top-quality food, guest service, and cleanliness, and drive team performance.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage inventory and costs, and push sales growth through local marketing while upholding health and safety standards. A high school diploma is required; 3-5 years of restaurant management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as GM or AGM.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and maintain high food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members and managers.
• Manage inventory, costs, and financial performance.
